Since experiment how oil will always go to the top,

Glued to the what we were doing :)

We shook it, we put a stone in it, we colored the water, the oil still came to the top.

We tried it again this time putting the oil in first. but the oil still came to the top :)

We also tried to see if water could "walk" we will see what happens next week.
Learning to build letters using rectangles and semi circles, when the children build the letter this way and then have to write it, its so much easier, it becomes a shape that they know, rather then a letter that they have no clue how to make. It worked really well.

 ABC Bingo.
Rolling the dice, adding both dice together and writing the number the made.

We had an amazing time this week with our drum circle

OUR AMAZING GUEST.

Judah and Abie were chosen first, they were the Macabees.

Looking for the if there is any oil around.

Putting all the olives in the jug

Finding the missing word from the sentence and spelling it to morah to complete the sentence.

Its been a fun week. Lots more in store. Chanukah is that really fun time of year that you just don't have enough time to teach everything. Thank you so much to Aryha's mom for all the water bottles. We will be having a lot of fun with them tomorrow. Thanks for all the Chanukah books that were sent in. Really made Chanukah come alive in our classroom. If you have a Chanukah book at home we read everyday at breakfast and lunch.
Have a good Shabbat.
Morah Dinie and Morah Chaya
